Tips on purchasing shoes

  • Select the shoe according to the use to which it is to be posted.
  • Read the manufacturer's label, it will report on the materials of the shoes.
  • Select the right size. First try on the shoes with the type of socks you normally use. Between the end of the big toe and the toe has to be a gap of about 1 inch. The fingers do not touch the top of the toe. Check the width of the shoe, if squeezed or bulges are  too small. The little finger is not to be placed on the ring. The heel of the foot must be firmly seated on the bowl, without slipping easily.
  • Assess weight shoe features, flexibility, performance against foot movements, stability and cushioning the impact of the foot against the ground, without being too soft,
  • Note that the feet at the end of the day or after walking, may be more swollen.
  • On the inside of the shoe, the liner does not have to submit seams, joints or poorly located or poorly reinforcements finished, can cause injury or discomfort.
  • Finally, walk a step before buying the shoe.
